Together with pixon engineering AG, a retrofit concept was developed to align safety, workflow and future capacity within a confined 97 m² laboratory. The project included a detailed FMEA-based risk assessment, custom-designed lab furniture for restricted heights, and filtered fume hoods and fireproof cabinets ensuring full compliance and long-term flexibility. The result: optimized workflows, higher safety standards and additional capacity for future growth – all within the existing structure.
